| Reservations
are made on the terms of each apartment complex. A summary of these terms are
detailed in the pages for each complex. Below are the typical terms of many of
the apartment complexes. |

Deposit on Reservation:
On booking, you will be charged a 30% deposit and the
balance 30 days before arrival. If your booking is made less than one month
before your arrival at the residence, you will be charged for the full rental
for your stay.
In the event of a balance not being paid on time, the apartment retains the
right to consider your reservation as cancelled and consequently to apply the
cancellation expenses stipulated.
Open checking in guests a 200 euro damages deposit in
required and is refunded on departure.

Modification :
We accept all changes of date, type of
apartment or place of stay subject to availability. If the amount of your
booking after modification proves to be less than the amount of the booking
before modification, we retain 23 Euros for modification expenses. |

Cancellation :
In case of cancellation, you must notify us by post / fax
the date of receipt determining the date of cancellation.
If you notify us before the 30th day preceding your stay, we retain the15 Euros
initial administration expenses and the insurance premiums. If you notify us
from the 30th day preceding your stay, we retain the 15 Euros initial
administration expenses and the insurance premiums, to which will be added the
following penalties according to your accommodation formula:
If you notify us more than 30 days before your stay, we retain the15 Euros
initial administration expenses.
If you notify us 30 or less days before your stay, we retain the 15 Euros
initial administration expenses, to which will be added the following penalties
according to your accommodation formula: -
Stay in a Residence - Between 30 and 15 days preceding your arrival: 25% of the
total amount of the stay,
Between 14 and 8 days preceding your arrival: 50% of the total amount of the
stay,
7 days or less before your arrival: 75% of the total amount of the
stay. |
