are made on the terms of each apartment complex. A summary of these terms are
detailed in the pages for each complex. Below are the typical terms of many of
the apartment complexes. |

Deposit on Reservation:
Full payment upon arrival by the guest
In addition, a security deposit of
£100 will be requested on your arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
A cancellation notified to Citadines (ie not just to Paris
Serviced Apartments) at any time prior to mid-day (12.00 Paris time), on the
expected day of arrival will not be subject to a cancellation fee. For a
cancellation notified to Citadines at any time after mid-day (12.00 Paris time)
on the expected day of arrival or for a "no Show", Citadines will
retain or invoice an amount as follows :-
- for stays of under 7 nights, the value of 1 nights stay,
- for stays between 7 nights to 29 nights, the value of 2 nights stay, and
- for stays of more than 29 nights, the value of 3 nights stay
The effective date of a written cancellation from the resident will be the date
o receipt of that cancellation at the Apart'Hotel you have booked and not at
Paris Serviced Apartments Group reservations are subject to separate
cancellation policies, available on request.

Early Departure
Please note that a change of rate for a shortened stay will
be applied retrospectively to the resident's account. The new rate will be
effective from the original date of arrival.

Cancellation & Refund
Terms:
A cancellation notified in writing at any time earlier than
to mid-day (12:00) 2 days prior to the expected day of arrival, will not be
subject to a cancellation fee.
Note,
For a cancellation notified at any time less than mid-day
(12:00), 2 days prior to the expected day of arrival or for a "no
show", will retain or invoice an amount as follows:-
- for stays of under 7 nights, the value of one night's
stay;
- for stays of between 7 nights to 29 nights, the value of
two nights' stay; and,
- for stays of more than 29 nights, the value of three
nights' stay.
The effective date of a written cancellation from a resident
will be the date of receipt of that cancellation at the Apart'hotel. Group
reservations are subject to separate group cancellation policies, available on
request.
