Tenants can check-in as of 4pm on the day of arrival and have to check-out by 11am on the day of departure. Extra charge applies for early check-in and late check-out.
Booking guidelines
The reservation is valid only after a written confirmation from both parties. The reservation should be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Group terms and conditions shall apply to Group reservations (8 apartments or more).
Security deposit
A pre-authorisation (depending on length of stay) is required upon check-in to go against any unpaid extras bills and dilapidation of the flat.
Government Value Added Tax
The rates are inclusive of VAT at 5.5%. This VAT is applicable to the rent only and extra services are subject to a different VAT, which is equal to 19.6%.
Payment policy : by the client
Payment will be required upon check-in. For long stays, advance payment is due every 15 days.
Cancellation policy:
There will be no cancellation charges if a reservation is cancelled at least 48hours prior to arrival date. The following cancellation charges shall apply for reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date:
• one night for the stays of less than 7 nights
• two nights for the stays from seven to 28 nights
• three nights for the stays of more than 28 nights
Group terms and conditions are subject to a different cancellation policy.
