Deposit on Reservation:
All Reservations are to be guaranteed by Credit Card

 
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
All cancellations must be received in writing
Notice Given Fee Charged
Anytime to 7 days prior to arrival 10% of the full rental
with minimum charge of 1 nights stay
7 days or less,
but more than 3 days before arrival 		25% of the full rental
with minimum charge of 1 nights stay
3 days or less,
but more than 24 hours before arrival 		50% of the full rental
with minimum charge of 1 nights stay
24 Hours or less before arrival or No Show 100% of the full rental

 
Extension:
Any extension of the departure date is subject to availability and approval. The reservation can be extended without an obligation to maintain the resident in the same apartment or at the same nightly rate. In the case of an extension the new agreed rate will not be retroactive

 		 
Accepted Credit Cards:
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card
Amex, CB, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard
