Reservations are made on the terms of each apartment complex. A summary of these terms are detailed in the pages for each complex. Below are the typical terms of many of the apartment complexes.
Deposit on Reservation: For most apartments no deposit is required although credit card details are required to guarantee your stay.
Cancellation & Refund Terms: For most apartments 48 hours notice is required.
Accepted Credit Cards: All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card All major credit cards accepted
Additional Terms: Check-in 2:00 pm, Check-out 10:00 am

After you complete and send reservation request, we check the availability and immediately reserve your apartment.

A confirmation is sent to you by, email and/or fax within 24 hours - that's it !
If your 1st or 2nd choice apartments are not available we will let you know with details of a suggested apartment.
