Reservations are made on the terms of each apartment complex. A summary of these terms are detailed in the pages for each complex. Below are the typical terms of many of the apartment complexes.  Citea-La-Villette Paris 19
Deposit on Reservation:
50 % of the rental for your stay will be charged at the time of making your reservation and the balance will be charged 3 days before arrival.

  
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
All cancellations must be received in writing
Cancellation more than 28 days before arrival - No Charge

Where less than 28 days notice of cancellation is provided prior to your arrival date the full rental will be charged.

The applicable rate for your stay is determined by the number of nights that you originally book. Should you depart early you will still be charged for full stay as originally booked.

All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card
Amex, CB, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard
