The apartment block is located opposite the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and the Parc de la Villette. The Métro and several bus lines are close by. This is the district for the Cité des Sciences, the Géode, the Grande Halle de la Villette, the Cité de la Musique and many restaurants.

All our studios and apartments have a double bed or two singles, plus a double bed-settee in the living room when there are two rooms.
