Reservations are made on the terms of each apartment complex. A summary of these terms are detailed in the pages for each complex. Below are the typical terms of many of the apartment complexes.  Alma Marceau Paris 16
Deposit on Reservation:
All Reservations are to be guaranteed by Credit Card
When making a reservation a 20% deposit will be charged.

Upon Arrival a 1000 euros refundable deposit will be required to cover as a damages / phone charge guaranteed
 
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
All cancellations must be received in writing
Cancellation more than 28 days before arrival - No Charge

Where less than 28 days notice of cancellation is provided prior to your arrival date the full rental will be charged.

The applicable rate for your stay is determined by the number of nights that you originally book. Should you depart early you will still be charged for full stay as originally booked.
 
Extension:
Any extension of the departure date is subject to availability and approval. The reservation can be extended without an obligation to maintain the resident in the same apartment or at the same nightly rate. In the case of an extension the new agreed rate will not be retroactive

Any UNAUTHORIZED occupancy beyond dates agreed will be liable for a charge of twice (2X) the daily, weekly or monthly rates then in effect for such holdover period.
 
Accepted Credit Cards:
All bookings have to be guaranteed by a credit card
Amex, CB, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard
